The Center for Empirical Research in the Law regularly hosts conferences and workshops to bring together scholars conducting empirical legal research. The purpose of these events is to discuss state-of-the-art research, and to build connections between scholars with different disciplinary perspectives. We encourage Washington University faculty members with ideas about specific conferences to approach the Director. CERL is also willing to co-sponsor events with other units at the university or other institutions.
