Empirical Research on Decision-Making in the Federal Courts Conference
The Empirical Research on Decision-Making in the Federal Courts conference brings together leading law professors, political scientists, and economists working on all aspects of the federal courts. Volume 29 of the Journal of Law & Policy ( site ) will publish the articles presented at the conference. The conference also provides a forum for the student editors of the journals to interact with the authors and to participate in the intellectual exchange.
