CERL Study Informs Debate on Female Judges
An article published in the New York Times titled "Debate on Whether Female Judges Decide Differently Arises Anew" cites the the study by CERL GSA Christina Boyd, Lee Epstein (Northwestern), and CERL Director Andrew D. Martin about female judges significantly influence their colleagues in sex discrimination cases.
