Once the data is clean, the glamorous part of the job may begin; the sharing of the information. While certainly not as painstaking or messy as the back office work, one does not want to get sloppy at this point in the game. A dropped ball here can undercut all the prior planning and effort. The key is simple; be precise about your message.

For added appeal, we worked to offer user-centric tools such as the ability to save searches, references to documents, and cases. As it turned out, our biggest problem was keeping up with the flow of ideas from principal investigator.
